Q. Is processing rebates a scam?
A. Not at all. Rebates are used by businesses every day as an incentive to buy their products. When a sale is generated that offered a rebate, your job is to process that rebate by verifying the information and submitting the rebate by Paypal.

Q. Can I work this program is I live outside the USA?
A. Yes, but there are a few countries excluded. If you live in a country that is excluded you will receive a refund.

Q. How many rebates can I expect to do in a day?
A. New members will have a lower average then those who have been doing this a while. 2-4 is a reported average.

Q. Will I really get paid $15?
A. Yes, all you have to do is follow the directions. The hardest part is that no one is standing over your shoulder insuring that you work. Most people want to work from home, but the reality is that it's not for everyone. This is something you really need to consider before joining.

Q. How soon can I start?
A. Once the registration fee is received you'll instantly get your password and login. You can start right away. Please email us if you do not receive your login and password right after signing up.

Q. I am under 18 can I still do this?
A. Sorry you are required to be at least 18.

Payments:

Q. How much money can I make?
A. That depends on factors that are out of my control, such as the amount of time you devote to the program, your knowledge and skills. Since these factors differ according to individuals, I cannot say what your income level will be.

Q. How & When do I get paid?
A. You will be paid every 2 weeks by check by the company we will refer you to.

Q. What about taxes?
A. Because we don't pay you we are not responsible for your taxes. You will not get taxes taken out of your checks and you will have to report those earnings to the IRS.

The Work:

Q. Are there set hours that I need to work?
A. Its completely up to you. But remember when you work as an independent contractor you only get paid when you work. Your pay is performance based.

Q. Does it require any special skills?
A. You need an internet connection and basic knowledge of the internet and computers.

Q. Do I need to invest more once I get Involved?
A. No. This is a one time only investment. There are no month to month fee and nothing else to buy.

Registration:

Q. Why do I have to pay a onetime registration fee?
A. This is a service and there are costs for creating, maintaining, and updating the members area. Remember this is not a 'job' offer. You should never have to pay to get a job. We are going to show you step by step how to do this yourself and refer you to the company that will be paying you. That is what the registration fee is for.

Q. Can you deduct the registration fee from my earnings?
A. Because we are not the ones that will be paying you we have no way to deduct the registration fee.

Q. I want to join but I don't have a Credit Card. How else can I pay?
A. The payment processor can take electronic checks, paypal or debit cards.

Q. Do you have a phone number for customer support?
A. Because of the nature of the internet and the large volume of inquires we get, we only offer email support in an effort to keep cost down. This allows us to offer lower enrollment fees to new members.
